ABOUT THIS PAGE

A wallboard, not a management report.

Every number on this page is real and comes from our own systems. It refreshes every two hours on weekdays between 6am and 6pm, and shows when it was last updated.

How it works

Seven compact panels give a glance across the operation. Select a panel to open its detail view, with larger readings and supporting figures. Use the arrows or area names to move between panels, and Esc to return.

Time windows & fair comparisons

The sample ends Friday 23 October 2026 at 6pm NZDT. “Last 7 days” is the exact 168 hours before that time; “previous” is the 168 hours immediately before it. The 52-week baseline is the mean of the 52 completed seven-day windows before the current window, including the previous window. It is not a year-to-date average.

The production proposal is an hourly snapshot Monday–Friday, 6am–6pm in Pacific/Auckland time, including daylight saving. Outside those hours, hold the last snapshot and display its age. A Monday refresh must include weekend activity. Monday–Sunday is the calendar-week convention; this mock-up uses rolling windows rather than calendar-week totals.

Volumes include all seven days with no per-day division. Daily points are the 24 hours to 6pm, labelled Sat–Fri, so quiet weekends are visible, not disguised. Rates must use weighted source totals, not an average of daily percentages. Open jobs and readiness are point-in-time snapshots, not weekly totals. Their historical comparisons need stored snapshots.

Quiet targets

The pale shadow behind each volume bar is an invented example target. It is not an agreed target or a forecast. Switch it off above the panels. Changes in volume are neutral comparisons, not a claim that more is always better.

Proposed data, not verified connections

Confirm source fields, status definitions, cancellation handling and historical coverage before approving any metric. Job categories must be mapped so workshop work is not double-counted in field operations. Spoke is not connected; Xero stays optional and review-gated. No new API access is needed for this UI.

Customer-visible by design

Only approved aggregate outputs should reach the display. Exclude customer and staff names, caller numbers, addresses, routes, GPS positions, asset identifiers, job descriptions, dollar values and financial balances — including from page source and downloads. This concept contains sample aggregates only.

Invoicing shows a count only. An invoice count is not revenue and is separate from the AroFlo job count. The production metric needs your explicit review.
